Indigenous Community Volunteers Creates Two-Step Fundraising Program


Indigenous Community Volunteers (ICV) works with Australian indigenous populations to improve their quality of life. 

It had a strong direct mail program, but to reach its 2014 fundraising goal of $3.7M AUD, ICV had to diversify across channels. So the organization teamed with The Prospect Shop to develop a digital fundraising program that started with a petition.
