World Animal Protection Expects 50% Better ROI with Supporters Compared to Other Sources

World Animal Protection Canada, an organization focused on protecting animals in communities, farming and the wild, needed to grow their supporter base. Through a multi-channel campaign, they were able to engage dedicated new supporters from over email and phone. They not only saw a 30% open rate and an average gift of $45 through their welcome series, but World Animal Protection Canada also received a 3.6% response rate and average monthly gift of $16 from their phone campaign with names.

 They're currently predicting a 3 to 1 ROI in five years.
